These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ereyna Labs website at ereynalabs.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Ereyna Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14603041), with a registered office at 3 Aldonvale, Middle Street, Shepton Beauchamp, United Kingdom, TA19 0LB.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ereyna Labs Ltd. “You” means the person accessing the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you must not:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law;
• use the Site to send, knowingly receive, upload, download or re-use any material which doesn’t comply with our content standards (below);
• knowingly transmit data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious software;
• access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Site, the equipment on which it’s stored, or any equipment, network or software owned or used by a third party;
• scrape, mirror, frame or otherwise systematically extract content from the Site without our prior written consent;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from any software made available through the Site (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law).

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the Site if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Content standards

Where the Site allows you to submit material (for example, by emailing us through a published address), the material you submit must:

• be accurate and held in good faith;
• comply with applicable law;
• not be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory or threatening;
• not infringe any copyright, trade mark, database right or other intellectual property right.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, code and design, is owned by Ereyna Labs Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, print and download extracts from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, provided you don’t modify any of the content and you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the Site’s content without our prior written permission.

If you submit any feedback, suggestions or ideas to us through the Site or by email, you agree we may use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

5. Information accuracy

We try to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is. The Site is provided for general information about Ereyna Labs and our services. It does not constitute professional or technical advice on which you should rely; if you need engineering, regulatory, security or commercial advice for a specific project, please get in touch and we’ll scope it formally.

6. Disclaimers and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ereyna Labs Ltd will not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site, however arising, is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

This clause does not apply to liability arising under any commercial agreement we enter into with you for the supply of services. Those agreements have their own liability terms.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the AgriHub360 product site at agrihub360.com. We provide those links for convenience and we don’t control the content or practices of any third-party site. Linking from the Site doesn’t imply our endorsement of any third party. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ereyna Labs Ltd against any claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above. If we make material changes, we’ll flag the update at the top of the page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. The invalid provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

13. Entire agreement

These terms (together with any privacy or commercial documents we link to) make up the whole agreement between you and Ereyna Labs Ltd regarding your use of the Site, and replace any earlier agreements between you and us on the same subject.
